TSTC Disability Trampolining 
 

We specialise in providing expert therapeutic coaching for adults with a range of disabilities at two facilities:  

The Trampoline & Activity Centre in Brentwood, Essex and at the Shrewsbury Sports Village in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Our team of four experienced British Gymnastics trampoline coaches use a 1:1 person centred approach to build a rapport with the clients they are working with, thus developing trust.  This enables them, using the unique properties of the trampoline, to improve well-being and fitness, promote choices and independent movements where possible, whilst always having FUN!  

Hoists are provided for those clients who require additional assistance to get onto and off of the trampoline and we use many other pieces of specialist equipment to help our clients gain the most benefit from their sessions.

We offer weekly 1/2 hour sessions for individuals or 1 - 1 1/2 hour sessions if you have a group that would like to attend on Mondays to Fridays. Please contact me to discuss the clients particular needs and for more information.

There is also a wonderful Multi Sensory Room at the Trampoline & Activity Centre available for hire, which many of my clients use, often following their trampoline session.
